The trap that lines up

Old trap leaking, or the new sink won’t line up? The Qwik Trap is one flexible piece, so it bends to meet the pipes where they are. Two stainless clamps hold it on.

Common questions

Which size do I need?

The same trap fits both. Most bathroom sinks have a 1¼″ drain, so use it as is. Most kitchen and laundry sinks have a 1½″ drain, so cut the end to fit. Not sure? Reach out.

Will it work with a metal drain?

Yes. It clamps onto plastic or metal tubular drain pipe, so you can join a chrome sink drain to a plastic trap arm.

How tight should the clamps be?

Hand tight with a screwdriver or nut driver. Tubular drain pipe is thin, so don’t overdo it. Run water and check for leaks.

How do I clear a clog?

Squeeze the trap to break it loose. If that doesn’t do it, loosen the two clamps, take the trap off, clean it and put it back.

Can it handle hot water?

Up to 120°F.

Under the sink

Connect to the drain.

Pair the Qwik Trap with a Fernco Drain & Trap Connector to join the tubular trap arm to the 1½″ or 2″ drain line in the wall or floor.
