Colin, originally from Rochester, NY, established Colin the Plumber LLC at 29, leveraging 10 years of prior plumbing experience. Over the last two years, he's expanded his business, bringing on two additional team members. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Colin is deeply passionate about plumbing and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, with a particular fondness for drain cleaning. He aims to inspire more young people to explore trades and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Corduan Osburn
Corduan Osburn is a 30-year-old Plumbing Contractor and Master Plumber from Detroit, MI. He started plumbing at 20, introduced to the trade by his cousin, and has experience in new construction, hospitals, prisons, industrial, and residential work. Corduan found his passion in residential service plumbing, where helping homeowners brings him the greatest satisfaction. He currently mentors one apprentice and serves Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, and Washtenaw counties in Michigan. When not working, he enjoys relaxing and traveling with his wife and two children.

Thomas Young
Thomas Young has been in the plumbing trade for over a decade. Based in California, Thomas is passionate about all things trade-related and stays at the forefront of new technology and tools. He not only loves the hands-on work but also takes pride in helping train the next generation of tradespeople. Known for his expertise, dedication, and commitment to quality, Thomas has helped build Mother Flushers into a trusted name in the plumbing industry.

Germaine Nelson
Germaine Nelson resides in Silver Spring, Maryland, and has been working in the trade full-time for 21 years. Throughout this time, he has done commercial, residential, and new construction plumbing. Now, he is the owner of Capital Mechanical. He is happily married with two young children, ages 8 and 5. In his spare time, he enjoys sporting events and traveling.

Danielle Browne
Danielle Browne (Twig to most people) is from St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, and has been in the plumbing trade for 17 years. Her main focus is on maintenance and service mechanical plumbing and heating, but she often gets to work in residential service and new builds. She loves all aspects of plumbing, from the traditional to the new age technology.

Derek Newton
Derek Newton, a second-generation plumber from Kirkland Lake, Ontario, was introduced to the trade at a young age by his father. While in high school, he enrolled in the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program and went on to complete his plumbing apprenticeship at Humber College, earning his Certificate of Qualification in 2005 at just 19 years old. He later pursued night courses at Canadore College, obtaining his Gas Technician Certificate in 2011. Since then, Derek has worked diligently in the trade, supporting his wife, Melissa, and their two sons, Isaac and Felix.

Rob Lupton Jr.
Rob is third-generation master plumber with 25 years of experience, having started in the trade right out of high school. He’s worked side by side with his father—now 71 and still on the tools—and together they run a small family business focusing mainly on high-rise service. Passionate about the trades, he enjoys working with his hands and solving new challenges each day. For him, the best part of plumbing is that no two days are the same. He hopes one day his son will carry on the family legacy.

Shay Lorette
Based in Newport Beach, California, Shay began his professional journey working at The Home Depot before entering a plumbing apprenticeship. In 2023, he and his wife founded their own plumbing company. Now a licensed service plumber, he brings experience across residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. Passionate about the trade, he hopes to inspire future prospects and apprentices in the plumbing industry.
